The Health & Care Bill is back in the Commons tmrw. It divides the NHS into 42 areas led by Integrated Care Boards which - incredibly - private companies will be allowed to sit on. I believe private companies should *never* get a say in how the NHS is run. Pls RT if you do too

With 5% increase from Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a 20% rise from HCPC we are now looking at £45pcm to come to work. Its a struggle to see the current value of either in the real world, and no where near a deal that is a fair and equitable pay rise/conditions for NHS staff. Untenable #nhs
