Ken Reid Conservation Area Closed This Weekend Due to a significant winter storm with prolonged freezing rain, ice buildup, and potential flooding, Ken Reid Conservation Area will be closed for the weekend. The main gate is closed and access is not permitted for safety reasons.

Heartbroken to share that my friend and former colleague Steve Gallagher has passed away at 52. A brilliant journalist, a kind soul, and one of the best of us. He faced ALS with grace and leaves behind a wife and young daughter. He will be deeply missed.
