Well….that’s been a quick year!

This is absolutely needed. Not only for the well-being of the people mental health services support but also for the staff who provide the help. More funding = healthier working conditions for mental health supporters.

My thesis is due in three days and like most people in my situation I’m feeling very stressed. However, one of my fellow trainees put this in our group chat earlier and it’s exactly what I needed to see. It feels so difficult just now, but it’s going to be so worth it in the end!
