Hey WM just a thank you to the driver of truck 586 in gulf breeze FL this morning who slowed down to wish me a happy Mother’s Day while I was walking my dog and pushing the stroller! Made my day!!

My hospital bill for childbirth, 3.5 days stay. This doesn’t include my doctor bill for the c-section surgery/anesthesia. My mom said $500 is what she paid w/out insurance in 1978 for my brothers birth. She used her retirement from two teaching jobs to pay for it.

From being assigned random roommates at FLORIDA summer of 2002, to watching our kiddos together this weekend ❤️ hard to not get emotional in moments like this 🥹❤️🐊

Step 1: most careers do not actually need a college degree. Stop requiring it universally Step 2: reinstate classes like this in HS OR give credit for tech school like we do with dual enrollment etc.

I lifted heavy throughout my pregnancy. Squatted 225 just 3 days before my daughter was born via c section. 5 months later I’m back to 340 on deads and 135 for reps on bench. The human body is incredible.
