The confirmed death toll from Hurricane Melissa has climbed to 45, equalling Hurricane Gilbert, says the OPM. 2 people from Hanover, 15 from Westmoreland, 6 from St James, 2 from Trelawny, 1 from St Ann, 1 from Portland, and 18 from St Elizabeth. 15 people are still missing.
