Tried to save some 💰& change the heating element in our dryer…good news is I’m 73 cents richer 😂 bad news I’m no appliance repair man! Got it back together & it was spinning a little slower than before I took it apart! 😬🤣 Also had some burning smell. Headed to The Home Depot

29 days strong!! Another PR, got to experience a true night run under the stars, was nice to decompress from the day and just think about practice! 18 seconds faster than yesterdays overall time and 8 seconds faster per mile! 1st time BOTH miles have been in the 10’s ❗️🧱 #JKP

31 Days Complete❗️Made a decision 32 days ago 2 be consistent, intentional, & do something that wasn’t in my comfort zone, well here I am 1 day away from completing what I sat out to do! Battled a family of 🦨🦨 tonight, avoided being sprayed 😳😂 & finished the day w/2 mile run!
