College Coaches 6’11 Metrell Harbin Metrell Harbin has a great feel for the game. He’s a really good passer and has a very soft touch around the basket. The big fella would be an excellent addition to any college program. He worth a really hard look RIGHT NOW!

Boots on the ground here at Gary West Side High School to wrap up the afternoon! The Cougars bring back a talented stable of seniors, led by Reggie Hinton & Tyler Crews, from last year’s 17-7 team. There are a couple top freshmen prospects to watch on this team as well!

6’10” senior center Tyler Crews keeps getting better and better. The Gary West Side big man looks much improved around the basket. He’s gotten stronger too. Already has the rebounding and rim protection. Will be a Division I player at some point.

I’ve been really impressed with Gary West Side freshman guard Deshawn Clay Jr. this evening. The 6’2” guard shoots it very well, but looks comfortable as a playmaker too. Definitely one of the top Class of 2029 prospects in Indiana.

Reggie Hinton does a really good job of running the show for this Gary West Side team. The senior point guard sets the tone for their pace of play on both ends of the floor. He is so quick, but remains under control as a playmaker offensively. Picks up 94 feet defensively.
