The Qantas business class lounge at LAX is faaaaaar nice than the Qantas First Class lounge imo - it doesn't have any personality; it feels a bit 'normal'.

Time for the iconic salt 'n' pepper squid in the Qantas First lounge. Though absolutely horrified to find that is in fact parsley, not coriander 😫

I still don't understand these god damn Tier Point changes. It's so badly explained by British Airways. Who signed off on the wording? I'm sure that because my collection year ends in November that I'm being totally screwed over as almost all my TP acquisition is pre-April '24.

Imagine going through airport security with a swiss army knife and two pairs of scissors in your hand luggage and being surprised when you get told off and that you need to check or bin them. How these people manage to function on a daily basis is truly baffling.

There are four babies in this lounge, all wailing and crying. Didn't realise it doubled as a crèche 😫😫😫

Hi Qatar Airways Support can you help with this please? I'm a BA Silver/Oneworld Sapphire status holder but your app does this. 3 of the 4 flights are with Qatar Airways, 1 is with Finnair. I cannot look at seat maps at all on your website; there isn't an option at all in Manage Booking.
