Coaches have a profound & lasting effect on the lives of the people they come in contact with. Coaches probably encounter more kids in a year than most people ever will. That’s a lot of opportunity for impact. Sadly we don’t always get great coaches. Be very thankful when you do!

Everyone wants a coach who’s passionate, dedicated, knowledgeable, but none of that determines a coach’s true worth. The best coaches are the ones who grow their players by impacting/improving not only their players’ performances & abilities, but also their lives & their futures!
