My house was built in 1920. Some aspects absolutely suck. Everything is old and is a pain to update. On the flipside, I do like the charm. Doesn't feel cookie cutter.

Just wait til next year. Most normal people will be pulling back significantly. As much as we talk about 2025, 2024 wasn't a slouch. I just don't see how that industry can sustain in the economy.
