l agree with @HantslWWildlife that Environment AgencySE and Southern Water need to do more to end the ongoing illegal and damaging diesel spillage into the #Testriver

RP78 M25/M1 This cyclist was found using the M25 earlier, advised & reported for offences, and directed safely off of the M/Way network. Around 1hr later, find them again using M1 this time! Stopped, reported for additional offences and escorted to place of safety. 410582
