130 years ago today, on June 20th 1894 Roath Park was officially opened by the Earl of Dumfries (the son of the Marquis of Bute). To mark the anniversary, our parks team decided to 'push the boat out' and create a special bedding display by the lake. #WorkingForCardiff #Cardiff
