It was fantastic to be part of this webinar last week! After a year of almost no public speaking, it was great to be able to discuss my MSc research on self-supported adventure and resilience, this time in the context of surviving and thriving in challenging circumstances.

This weekend I'm heading up to Arctic Sweden for 8 days of solo trekking in some of Europe's remotest mountains. What am I most worried about? The number of spiders I'll inevitably find in my cottage when I get back.
