Last year, I did not match neurosurgery. I felt disbelief, fear and embarrassment. Nevertheless I persisted. In doing so, I found courage, resilience and joy, recognizing that there is no outcome where I am unsuccessful. I am incredibly honored to match Neurosurgery at UTMB!
