I have always considered myself in somewhat decent condition. However I signed up for HOTWORX this week and I have been humbled every time I stepped foot into that sauna.

I don’t think people understand how sad it is moving from an area that has Hyper Energy Bar. Every day I think about it 😭 Just waiting on them to open up a CF location 😔 Until then, they will continue to be my “must visit” stop whenever I am in Des Moines.
