I realize more and more that business of basketball is based on RELATIONSHIPS. How you treat people in one setting, means a TON years later. The GA one year, ultimately becomes the DOBO. The DOBO ultimately becomes the head assistant. And the assistant eventually becomes the HC.

Value the person REGARDLESS of the job title. Make them feel appreciated. Treat everyone with the respect of the CEO.
