This year I have driven about 12000 km. According to the Tesla app, this used about 1,816 kWh. So about 1816/53=34 battery cycles. NMC batteries should be able to do at least 1500 cycles, so at this pace the battery should last about 20-30 years. Noice. Good enough for me.

Maybe battery density increases should be sold differently; like Moore’s law. Don’t say “15% increase per year”, but say “doubles every 8 years”.
