i don’t know how runners manage to get in all their training for marathons, half marathons etc. I’m training for a small hyrox, and I’m (mentally) cooked - finished. I wouldn’t survive training for 42km.

when they’re too much of a hater. like sure, a considerable amount of hating is normal, but I can tell when you’re a natural born hater, and that unsettles me.
