Some of the top female hockey players in the country, including 10 from the New York District, will converge on Miami University in Oxford, Ohio for the Girls National 16/17 Camp.

Some of the top players from the 2009 birth year will have an opportunity to showcase their skills at the Girls' National 15 Camp on the campus of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Congratulations to Buffalo's Chris Manns, a member of the 2002 U.S. Sled Hockey Team that was announced as part of the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame's Class of 2024. In addition, Rich DeGlopper of Buffalo served as the team leader at the Salt Lake City Paralympics.

The Professional Women’s Hockey League announced new nicknames and logos for each of its six teams heading into the league’s second season. The New York team will now be known as the New York Sirens. What do you think of the team’s new name and logo?
