Asthma deaths have increased by almost 25% since 2014. This is unacceptable but has sadly become the norm. We need leadership from the government to end preventable deaths.

Asthma + Lung UK Research Time to get serious about lung research for the 12 million people affected by poor lung health.

Last week I attended AUKCAR’s Annual Scientific Meeting. It was great to hear Samantha Walker speak about the importance of increasing investment in respiratory research and innovation. Asthma + Lung UK has funded the centre for 10 years, I can't wait to see what they will achieve next.

AstraZenecaUK UK Parliament Great support from AstraZenecaUK for the 7.2m people living with asthma in the UK. We must reverse the rise in mortality in the last 10 years despite knowing how to tackle avoidable deaths. Looking forward to talking at the APPG on respiratory health today to galvanise action.
