Has anyone spent $300+ for their home office chair? My friend just got a Herman Miller chair from work and it is fantastic but also $1200+. Found used ones in the 300-600$ range. Is it worth it? Gaming chairs are scam ps (the kin me should’ve known better) #WorkFromHome

Question I’ve been trying to ask myself lately: What is the most peaceful way I can approach what I’m doing (or experiencing)?

Got out last night to jam and play some drums! It’s so nice being able to do things like this again.

LPT I actually use: Putting a tiny pinch (and I mean tiny pinch) of salt into stale coffee makes it taste fresh. It works. I couldn’t believe it. (I doubt it works for espresso or high quality though 🤷‍♂️)

Just went to an actual gym to lift today and my god it feels good to be back.

Exercise is an act of compassion for your future self.
