I was told my whole life growing up in church that as a Christian we should stand with Israel

That every country that stood against Israel was standing against God

Do you believe this?

Even fewer actually believe it

Yes be physically fit
Of course go workout and do hard things, be disciplined and go to the gym regularly

But also exercise your faith grow your soul, attend to your mind and heart, Feed your spirit

What good is it to be physically fit and spiritually out of shape
