Exactly 50 years after the Helsinki Final Act was signed, OSCE delegations gathered in the Finlandia Hall to mark this historic anniversary. 🇧🇪 remains committed to the 10 guiding principles, multilateralism and is convinced of the OSCE’s added value despite the challenges.
