“We’d rather they were seeing patients, you or me” - as opposed to…?

Work-shy benefit scroungers who are obviously not “patients” and who could certainly never be “you or me”, is the inference.

Just another day of dehumanising disabled people then.

Every day I remind myself it’s just that those who are loudest are most often heard.

But therein lies the problem. Too many of those who know that the way LGBTQ+ people are being weaponised is wrong are keeping quiet.
