Nice write up on Suno and Udio.

Both have their strengths and weaknesses and can be used depending on what one needs/wants.

Sharing AI music snippets/songs will become the new spam in no time. (And it'll fade fast.)

I haven't shared one in over 2 weeks. (Although I generate a lot that I like.)

Some of the problems with 'other people's AI music':

1. You know, that it's low effort, generated in 30โ€ฆ

To make an AI song a real hit you have to:

1) Hide the fact that is AI generated
2) Let real people perform it
3) Make a compelling music video (best also not say that is AI generated, if it is.)

In other words AI music models are (and will stay) mostly a tool in the hands ofโ€ฆ
