My diet primarily consists of: • Rice • Fruit • Honey • Sourdough • Vegetables • Fish/seafood • Fermented foods • Raw dairy (usually sheep milk) • Meat (beef, lamb, venison, occasionally chicken and pork) I've found this helps me feel good and function optimally.
