Habits I wish I had started when I was 20:

• Meditation
• Morning sunlight
• Daily mobility work
• Creating content online
• Staying in contact with family & friends
• Avoiding my phone for the first & last hour of the day

You can lose weight and make progress on your fitness goals, even if you travel a lot.

You can even enjoy some glasses of wine with friends.

The key is having the right strategy to ensure that you keep making progress, even when you're away from home.

When clients start working with me, it often gets them out of their comfort zone.

I don't get them to cut calories or exercise a ton to lose weight.

In fact, I often get them to eat MORE and exercise LESS (or less intensely).

This goes against mainstream advice, but it works.
