So after have my flight canceled from Barcelona to Lisbon , wait for 5/ 6 hours with no information (none of the staff even walked through the line of people to explain anything), be mistreated by rude staffs ( refuse to talk to me and just point with her finger where I had to

go to get my new ticket , like if I worked for them or if I got my ticket for free ), got a flight to my destination for the next day connecting in Madrid with 2 diferentes companies, they sent me to a hotel and told me and other people that was with me that there was going to be

a car to bring us back next day ( of course it wasn’t and we had to pay for it ), so then I went l went back to the airport got my flight to Madrid when I arrived in Madrid In the gate for the next flight was unable to get my next flight because Claim Department Tap Air Portugal made a mistake on

the emission of the ticket( it was just a reservation not a ticket), had to wait approximately 2 hours for my bags that was sent to 2 diferente places in the airport ( oh and I had to go through emigration 2 times), so them after all that I got out had to go to a different.

terminal, was informed that the next flight was in more the 26 hours, so here I’m in Lisboa still waiting to get in to my flight to Brazil that was supposed to leave at 23:25 (is been delayed of course for a hour and keep counting )

Had 6 days to see my family who only able to see once’s or twice a year but now I only have 4 days. Claim Department Tap Air Portugal
