Since 1966, the original Oquirrh Park Pool has welcomed thousands of swimmers. Due to structural concerns, the Board made the difficult decision to close the pool and redevelop the space into pickleball courts. Zwick Construction is excited to be a part of this important project.

Introducing Warm Springs III The third phase of a large, master-planned community in Fremont, CA, this most recent project will include 720,000 SF of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, a parking garage, and ample amenity spaces. Zwick began this project last month.

Have you seen the progress at our Pioneer Retail project right off exit 2 in St. George? The focus the past couple weeks has been on steel, framing, and underground utilities.

Looking back on sunnier and warmer months, Coyote Landing Clubhouse and pools was completed in the spring of last year. Located in Santa Clara, UT, this resort includes a clubhouse, lap pool, hot tub, and several pickleball courts.

Introducing the ChartwayCredit Union Cedar City branch! This new location features four offices, teller counters, a breakroom, and vault. Uniquely, this project also features an ITM (Interactive Teller Machine), a kiosk that blends ATMs with personal service of a live banker.
