These bills are another cruel attempt by Montana Republicans to harass trans people. These bills do not make women safe. They merely infringe on the privacy rights of trans Montanans & put our safety at risk. Like 2023's SB 458, I expect this bills to be deemed unconstitutional.

Montana's 69th legislature has adjourned, and I'm back home in Missoula. Dems got some good wins this session—on education, taxes, & more. We also stopped many horrible bills. Not enough, but from the minority we were mighty. Now to get some rest before the next big fights.
