It's 1 a.m., I've been grant writing, I have clinic tomorrow, and from what I can tell from Soumya Kulkarni's paper is that this behavior cannot possibly be good for my metabolic health. Thanks to Om Singh for your pretty histology.

Hmmmm, this one is a conundrum - at least in mice, if you inhibit ghrelin-responsive mediobasal hypothalamic neurons, you won't eat as much after high intensity interval exercise (maybe that can help with weight loss regimen), but you won't run as far in your long-distance race .
