Imagine Ethereum but with super-fast transactions and way less storage on nodes.

Sounds totally futuristic, huh?

Think of it as a way to clean out your phone's storage to make those apps run smoother.

Ethereum will do same thing because storing all its history takes up a ton of space.

To tackle this concern , vitalik.eth proposed EIP-4444 - solution known as node pruning.

This will allow nodes to ditch the old stuff, making it easier for more people to run nodes and participate in the network and enhance the scalability.
