The phrase, "games didn't change, you just grew up" always made no sense to me. Somehow despite aging, I love movies, tv shows, and music the exact same, if not more than when I was young. But with video games, it's apparently an age thing?

Hot Take. The locked vertical camera in Doom 1/2 should be an optional feature in modern fps shooters. Looking up and down with the right stick is always the one thing that screws up new players unfamiliar with first person shooters. It also helps with motion sickness.
