A reminder that there’s no horserace aspect to counting votes. No one “pulls ahead” in the count or “makes up ground” or “loses their lead” in any real sense. It’s just an artifact of the process, the order in which votes are counted, an order part mandated and part random.

guy who doesn't want trump to win because he wants to preserve grover cleveland's legacy as the only president to serve non-consecutive terms

yeah, i don't think enough people realize this. if kamala wins GA, NC, and Michigan, it's ball game actually. we will hear from those states first, so keep that in mind. a clean sweep is a locked victory.

this is actually wild. in 2022, right wing pollsters flooded the market. 2022 shldve been a red wave, but those polls were biased and few pointed it out. it's happening in 2024 now. 75 polls over 60 days, then suddenly 93 polls in 8? these are literally fake numbers.

probably don’t want to hear one of your campaign’s turnout guys saying “turnout not where we need it to be” if you’re Donald Trump right now

In a weird way, we have a Kamala Harris-Donald Trump election because Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell made the opposite choice. Pelosi chose to shiv Biden, her friend, to save the party. McConnell voted to acquit Trump, whom he loathes, to hold onto power.
