Per #NORM2019 privately-owned/run water facility has 15% more functionality rate than public facility. UNICEF believes in the power of private sector PS which is Nigeria’s big asset. We must embrace, partner with & provide PS w/enabling environment to excel. Potential is huge!

#WorldToiletDay is indicative to how important having a toilet is for HHs & schools; for good health, dignity & privacy. #Nigerians should End Open Defecation practiced by 23% of HHs and equip schools with toilets + water & hygiene facilities/soap (current access is only 3%).
