Yale has announced an across-the-board raise for postdocs, with salaries for 1st year postdocs starting at $65,000. Plus, the administration is giving PIs extra funding (for one year) to cover funding gaps due to the new policy. Seems like a good step! provost.yale.edu/news/postdocto…
