This is important to understand when it comes to developing arms, especially starters!! If you threw 100 innings between Spring/Summer, may be in your best interest to spend the fall on developing strength and creating arm strength/cleaning up movement patterns! And vice versa!

Had a great lesson with Zachary Zaborowski starting to touch up on mechanical problems and introducing them onto the mound. Throwing a light bullpen before throwing this weekend at Grand Park.
