Having left India two months ago its fantastic to still get mails recognising the hard work put in by myself and the whole team to create a Customer Centric organisation. Still enjoying the break so don’t get chance to check messages often but this put a smile on my face today.

I never planned to spend much time in Panama but I am blown away by the sophistication of this modern country. An old town that rivals many European cities, countryside as diverse as anything in the world and of course the Canal, one of the 7 wonders of the modern world.

Hiked the Inca trail to Machu Pichu. A 45km hike over 3 days reaching peaks of 4,250m. Incredible views and Machu Pichu is stunning, then got caught up in the political issues in Peru and had to walk 29km along the rail track as there was no trains. Life is one big adventure.

So while other embassies in Peru put on rescue flights, issued briefings for stranded tourists at Machu Picchu and collected information of those needing help the UK Embassy didn’t answer my call and the Cusco consulate office number was unavailable. Thanks for support.UK in Peru 🇬🇧🇵🇪

The last leg of this incredible Sabbatical trip starts. Would I recommend people to take a career break to travel?….a resounding yes. Don’t delay, there is a world our there to be explored and new experiences to be had. Enjoy everyday, you never know what is around the corner😀

This is surely the only way electric car charging can work in cities, but I see in Prague only a handful of these and we need thousands if we are going to encourage people to ditch ICE engines in Europe by 2035. Come on lets see some proper investment going in.

Finished a few days tour in the Felicia. Driving this car hits home the developments in the Industry over the last 60 yrs. At the same time though the vast majority of cars on the road today use the same basic system, modernised and with a few chips to make it more comfortable😂

Thanks to the guys in Nymburk for the assistance too. This is the longest she has ever been driven. To quote the technician in perfect English “this thing is leaking everywhere”😂

This has gone crazy now. What controls are in place regarding e-scooters or are we just letting the free market decide how many are needed. It’s a complete mess. They are dangerous and untidy.

Just a week driving the MG4, my first EV, and I have to say the experience is fantastic. Such a well designed car, instant acceleration, long range, and such good value. Can’t wait to get my hands on the Xpower version.

The Apple stores have really cracked the customer experience. You are seen as soon as you walk in and if they are busy you are given a slot 10 minutes later. The sales pitch is informative but not pushy and the purchased items come to you. No queuing to pay😀. Well done guys.
