The apex court will first hear the counter application launched by former President, JZ before the IEC’s appeal. IEC argues that burden rests on Zuma to prove bias. Test for reasonable apprehension of bias is that suspicion of bias must be that of a reasonable person #sabcnews

Love was one of the Commissioners tasked with going through the objections. Respondents submit that because Love didn’t recuse herself from this process after her January statements, the outcome of that process is tainted by bias & has the effect of becoming null & void #sabcnews
