ZERO TO THREE We lose 2% of the work force because of pay-according to America Work Force (2023). As it is, I am an infant teacher with a Bachelors in Early Education and I am about to loose my apartment because of pay. I am on food stamps too, and I know I am not the only one out there.
Early childhood educators, we appreciate you. And you deserve better. The workforce is paid so little that nearly half live in families that depend on public assistance. Educators can’t earn less and families can’t pay more. Learn more: bit.ly/4akLiL8 #thankyouchildcare
