On Sunday, 3rd December 2023, Zambia Anglican Council Outreach Program (ZACOP) joined the rest of the world in the commemoration of International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The theme was “United in action to rescue and achieve the SDGs for, with and by persons with disabilities” #Action #ChurchInvolvement

Zambia Anglican Council Outreach Program (ZACOP) through its Moments That Matter project that is funded by Episcopal Relief & Development has donated 75 bicycles to the Community Trained Promoters (Volunteers) in Mumbwa district of Central Province to ease transport challenges when delivering community healthcare services.

On Friday, 8th December 2023, Zambia Anglican Council Outreach Program (ZACOP) launched the "Smart Waste;We Care" Campaign in Kabwe District under it's PCC (Climate Change) Project funded and supported by USPG. The campaign is aimed at supplementing government efforts in waste management.

Our colleagues Fran and Venetia are currently in Zambia to represent USPG’s continuous work with partner churches to reduce gender-based violence. Discussions took place about the pressing gender justice issues in five respective dioceses and how they can work to overcome them.
