This week, we had the privilege of participating in an intensive Organizational Development and Systems Strengthening workshop hosted by Amref Health Africa. It is crucial for organizations to have all necessary structures in place to ensure smooth operations and growth.

During the workshop, we identified key areas for improvement within our organization and developed strategies to enhance our growth. This, in turn, will create a more favorable environment for effectively supporting our community.

We are eager to implement the knowledge and insights gained from this workshop to drive our organization’s progress and impact.
