Well done to all our Ystrad runners who took part in the Cardiff Half 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 today. It was a glorious sunny March day and it was a warm one. However everyone finished with great times, there were a couple of injuries but they powered on through. Amazing work everyone #ystradrunners

Well done to Pat and Stuart who took part in the CF64 Winter race at Cosmeston, a nice 10k trail run. Reports are it was pretty warm but not as muddy as previous years. Great job both

Well done to Head coach Graham for taking on the Great Welsh Marathon his first time completing the distance at an official event, also well done to Rob who took on the Great Welsh Half Marathon. There was also a fab turn out at Penallta parkrun by club members as well.
