We welcomed 2 new players this morning! One only started playing Trombone 5 days ago after being inspired by The Cory Band in Plymouth last Saturday!! Thanks @philipharper1 & Cory for inspiring young people.

Great to see 19 of our young players performing with Cornwall Youth Band last night in Camborne. They also got to perform alongside members of the CYBB of 1983.

This afternoon (2.30) we join forces with StAustellBand and St Austell Youthband for a concert celebrating success at the Area Championships and the National Youth Championships. Bar open and refreshments available!! Also a raffle 😊🎺

We had a brilliant day at Bugle Band Contest on Saturday! Winning the Youth Section & solo cornet player Violet being awarded best cornet player in the section. We certainly enjoyed the Victory!

MD Anna has raised over £1000 now from her Half Marathon run on the weekend! Thanks to everyone supporting our fundraising for the National Youth Championships next March!

Still recovering but raising over £1000 for St Austell Youthband to go to the Brass Bands England Youth Championships in Hull next year made it all worthwhile. 💪
