OMG. Why is it only Thursday.

You know what's great for stress? Riding your bike. Had a horrible week and then some. Struggled to pedal at first, but soon got going and now feel great. Amazing, isn't it. It's the 21st Century, but nothing can beat getting out in nature. Especially during Autumn 🍂

Labour Party Conference in Liverpool City centre today. Had wanted to see the Spanish talk ship at the Albert Dock, but the trains are all off from Kirkby and Aintree, so back to the most reliable mode of transport invented.

Only the one tree to clamber over this morning on my bike ride after #StormAmy - this one blocking the West Derby Village entrance to Croxteth Park.
