Note to anyone responsible for postgraduate medical/surgical exams. Trainees need: 🔘 Communication 🔘 Transparency 🔘 Compassion Doctors spend ££££ on exams and this is the absolute minimum they deserve. There are real people on the receiving end of your decisions.
