Utility Crews have installed road plates in the 200 block of East Liberty St. and 300 block of North Congress St. over asphalt cuts made earlier in the week. The plates will remain in place until a paving crew can put down new asphalt next week. Drivers should use caution.

The Utilities Department is responding to a water main break on E Liberty Street near Flint Street. A work zone will be established in that area that may impact the flow of traffic. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling through the work zone.

*** PARTIAL ROAD CLOSURE *** Kings Mountain Street (US 321 Business) is temporarily closed between US 321 and Inmans Cross Rd due to a broken down semi-truck and trailer in the roadway. Authorities are working with the company to clear the roadway.
