The role of Dev Minister is to reform legislation in order to empower city government - congress manifesto declares such intent

Srinivas Alavilli Yogada Joshi DK Shivakumar The Blore Dev Minister can actually act as the CEO of the City as he (unofficially) has the Commissioners of BDA, BBMP, BMLTA, BWSSB reporting to him. This way things can be coordinated by the Minister's office if he really wants to.

Vj Shanks Srinivas Alavilli DK Shivakumar That's principally flawed. CEO of city is aka Mayor(political) and BBMP Commissioner (administrative).
