Just catching up with what we did in our last classes. Here's my inspiration from BKS Iyengar for this sequence. "We should do yoga using the intellect, not intellectually and we should meet the emotional adjustment and the intellectual adjustment. There, is the beauty"

Wish I was able to go! I've been lucky enough to see Tritha twice and her voice is quite incredible, unique!
