(2/6) and sharing my first few reiterations of Yoconut. One guest actually stayed up with me all night and by the end of the night, he said, why don't you name your company "YOCONUT" instead of "Coconut Shine" - the idea was that you/your energy will shine all day after eating

(3/6) our dairy free and wellness yogurt. I loved the word so much that I changed the company's name.What came next, was some grueling day and nights and grinding experience of making Yoconut. A batch of Yoconut often take up to 72 hours to make, and the process is far from easy

(4/6) Anyways, I am proud to say THIS WEEK we made our FIRST order to Airbnb HQ - - Airbnb will be serving Yoconut as part of the breakfast buffet bar. I would really need someone to champion us /evangelized about us since we are a new food. I would
